Introduction:-
Dr. Babasaheb
Ambedkar Marathwada University instituted Pre-I.A.S. Coaching Centre in the
year 2009, under the scheme of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment,
Government of Maharashtra for providing coaching for civil services
examinations, to the weaker section of the society which is for 11 months.
This course has been instituted / started from the academic year 2010-11.
The centre
provides coaching for 50 students belonging to S.C. category only. The
centre is encouraging the students from weaker section of the society to
appear for civil services examinations. We are also helping for the
preparation of the examination and to improve their talent, so that they can
achieve higher goals.

The
centre was established with an aim to provide intensive coaching to students
with a view to preparing them for the civil services examination.

sessions;

Coaching for elective
subjects is provided only if there are at least 5- 6 students per subject
in the centre.

An objective type of exam of 200 marks with
negative system. |

Syllabus for Entrance Examination |

The syllabus for entrance test will be on General
Science, Current Events, History, Geography, Polity, Indian Economics
& Mental Ability Test. |

Instructions
:
1)
1.The student who is admitted for the said course should submit the
undertaking that he will not take admission for any other academic course.
2) 2.The attendance should
be at least 75% for the stipend in every month.
3) 3.If the student is not
regular in class or disobeys the rules of the department, the Director has
power to cancel the admission immediately on the next day without any
instructions to the students.
